In 2010, Bishop Thomas was led by God to found Good Shepherds Fellowship International (GSFI). The primary purpose of GSFI was to mentor, equip and empower pastors and leaders in a more organized and productive way. ​After 32 years of pastoring, Bishop Thomas fully embrace his assignment as Chief Executive Prelate over Good Shepherds Fellowship International and Love and Faith Christian Fellowship.

Bishop Thomas gathered good shepherds for the continued purpose of equipping and empowering them to impact the world with the unadulterated word of God. The vision for GSFI is rooted in Jeremiah 3:15, “And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.” Through Bishop Thomas’ oversight, GSFI has become a worldwide ministry, engaging forty nations around the world. With the overall mandate to empower good shepherds to feed and care for the flock of God, Bishop Thomas’ heart for pastors and leaders is to see them thrive in every area of their life and ministry. Through the biblical teachings of The Nine Spiritual Principles, GSFI has been instrumental in building up shepherd-leaders who were willing to apply the principles of God’s word to their lives.
